As temperatures drop across the country we are now swapping to our winter shipping rules. This means that we can no longer ship fish in our smallest most cost efficient box as it is not large enough to safely accommodate a heating pack. A small increase will be seen in our shipping rates to accommodate this change.

It is USBetta’s policy to include at no charge shipping pack when daytime temperatures in the delivery zone will be under 60 on the date of arrival. We rely on weather information from The Weather Channel to make this determination. Customers who wish to include a heat pack outside of temperature zone of this policy may do so at their own risk for a $2.50 fee.
