It is our goal that your Betta fish to arrive within 2-3 days. Whenever possible we use a guaranteed service, like UPS, to facilitate delivery of your fish when doing so fits within our standard shipping price. If we cannot use UPS due to the pricing being out of bounds with our standard shipping rate we will use USPS. USPS is not a guaranteed service and sometimes can take as long as 4 days to reach you. You can chose to directly upgrade to guaranteed UPS services at checkout if you wish. The only exception is Protectorates, Hawaii, and Alaska as these must go USPS if you are using our standard rate due to the fact that UPS considers protectorates international destinations and charges a MUCH higher fee as well as them charging a much higher fee for overnight to Hawaii and Alaska.

If you have chosen to upgrade to overnight service your Betta fish will reach you the day after it is shipped. If you are shipping any other live product they will reach you overnight as we require overnight shipping for non labyrinth fish.
