All living shipments shipped by USBetta are covered by a Live Arrival Guarantee. USBetta will issue a store credit for the cost of any living shipment that does not arrive alive as long as:

• The shipment arrives within 96 hours after handing it to the carrier for standard shipping May 1st-Nov 15th or 72 hours Nov 16th-April 30th.
• The shipment was opened and any DOAs reported within 1 hour of delivery scan.
• The shipment has not majorly deviated from routing (ie a shipment going to FL ends up in IL, or a shipment going to IL ends up in FL).

STANDARD SHIPPING IS NEVER REFUNDABLE!

If you have upgraded your shipping to 2 day or overnight and the shipment was delivered late please let us know and we will make a UPS claim for delivery failure. We cannot guarantee that UPS will honor delivery time promises as their policies change regularly but if we receive a refund we will issue you store credit for it.
